Question 1: What if I don't have a gym membership?

Good News! You don’t need a gym membership to benefit from our programs. While heavier weights can be helpful for goals focused on strength and muscle gain, most people can achieve their fitness goals without stepping into a gym. Our app customizes workouts based on your location—whether you're at the gym, at home, or in the park. Just select your location and the equipment you have, and your personalized workout will be tailored to meet your needs, making it easier than ever to stay active wherever you are!

Question 2: How long does it take to receive my fitness & nutrition plan?

After you complete enrollment and onboarding, you’ll schedule an initial consultation where we’ll take the time to understand your goals and collaborate on a personalized action plan. Following this consultation, please allow us 48 hours to create and upload your customized plan into the system. (Please note: we are closed on Sundays, so this day will not count toward the 48-hour turnaround time.)

Question 4: What if I travel frequently?

Our system is highly adaptable to make busy lives easier. Simply adjust your location and equipment or what you have available that day and the system will adjust the workout for that day to meet your needs.

Question 5: What is Flexible Nutrition?

Flexible Nutrition is an approach to eating that emphasizes balance, freedom, and adaptability, allowing you to meet your dietary goals without strict food restrictions. Rather than focusing on “good” or “bad” foods, Flexible Nutrition encourages mindful eating within a set of guidelines, usually based on macronutrient targets (carbohydrates, proteins, and fats) that fit individual goals, such as weight management, muscle gain, or overall health.

Question 6: How do I reach my coach if I have questions or need help?

Our app includes direct messaging, allowing you to reach out to your coach anytime you have pressing questions. Typically, you can expect a response within 24 hours. Along with direct messaging, you'll have weekly check-ins through the app to stay on track and monitor your progress. For more in-depth discussions, you also have the option of a monthly check-in via phone call or Zoom meeting.

Question 7: How can I manage my billing and payment options?

Your initial order will be placed through our website, but the purchase itself will take place in our app. This helps us streamline the process and keep everything organized in one place. Plus, all future billing and payment options can be easily managed directly within the app.

Question 8: What does the enrollment process look like?

Once you have determined what services or program you would like to purchase, you will click the "ENROLL NOW" button under the desired package/program and fill out the order form. Upon filling out the order form you will receive 2 emails and a text message. The first email is a welcome email and the second email and text message will come within 24 hours of your purchase and have a personalized link inviting you to join our app. This is where you will make your payment, set up your account/profile, and schedule your initial consultation or receive your program information. For those enrolling in 1:1 coaching; within 48 hours after your consultation your official journey will begin!

Our 1:1 nutrition and coaching services offer personalized, tailored guidance to meet your unique needs, goals, and lifestyle. In contrast, our signature programs are structured, pre-designed plans based on evidence-based practices and centered around common goals or themes, such as weight loss, building lean muscle while reducing body fat, or maintaining strength and vitality as we age. These programs are available at three tiers to suit different preferences: a self-paced option for flexibility, a group support tier for community and shared learning, and a 1:1 tier that offers the best of both worlds with the structure of a program and the added benefit of personalized support.
